At Cosmic Dots, every product is made to order with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we comply with consumer protection requirements in all countries we ship to.
Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

Defective, damaged, or misprinted products.

Incorrect items sent.

In some regions (such as the EU/UK), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For cancelled orders (EU/UK), you will be refunded the product price and standard shipping.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.

For sizing changes, please place a new order.
